The team
My name is Élissa, and I’m a running coach and the founder of this amazing adventure. This project was born from my passion for running, but above all, from my desire to support people in their progress, at their own pace, with a human, accessible, and personalized approach.
Over time, I’ve had the chance to build a team of two exceptional coaches. Each one has their own unique background, but we all share the same mission: helping every athlete reach their goals, no matter where they’re starting from. Together, we make up a complementary, driven team that’s always there for our athletes.
We take the time to listen, understand your needs, and build a plan that fits your reality, your schedule, your races, your goals, your experience… in short, you. And we stay available, because we know that good coaching goes far beyond just a training plan.

Élissa Legault
The first people who trusted me were friends, and it was in 2021 that I began working with a wider community. I coach all types of people, from beginners to experienced runners.
I am a coach who listens to the needs of my athletes and emphasizes fun and diversity in training. I am motivated to work with people who want to surpass themselves, no matter their goal.

Triathlete and long-distance runner
Ariane Lalancette
Since I started triathlon, I've always been supported—whether as an elite athlete, in long-distance running, or even in trail running. These years of coaching have allowed me to understand the importance of personalized, structured support that listens to each individual's realities. Today, it's my turn to give back. As a coach, I draw on my field experience, my passion for surpassing myself, and my ability to adapt to objectives, whether competitive or personal. My goal: to guide my athletes with rigor, kindness, and above all, to pass on to them the joy of progress.
