I truly believe that everyone can run any distance they want. The winning formula? Taking the steps gradually, consistency, discussions with your coach, and, above all, training with pleasure.

THE COACH

The first people who trusted me were friends, and it was in 2021 that I began working with a wider community.

I coach everyone from beginners to experienced runners. Plans can range from preparing for distances ranging from 5K to marathons, or training for an endurance event (trail/ultra).

THE ATHLETE

I started running at the age of 9 and long distance in 2017. Initially, training for a half marathon was what kept me in shape. Gradually, and thanks to my dedication to training, I set times that honestly seemed impossible to me when I started. My proudest achievement as a runner? I represented Canada in the marathon distance at the 2022 World Athletics Championships.

PACKAGES

I like to offer a wide variety of interval types and make it my mission to maximize fun and diversity. I have a lot of experience with nutrition and I like to share my discoveries and what works and doesn't work for me with my athletes. Since 2020, I have been incorporating strength training for runners into my training weeks, so I can guide and recommend based on what I have personally learned. * Nutrition and strength training advice is not professional.
